Challenge

Our client was looking to expand his offering by building a new business (RSR) that provides reputation management for businesses who generate $1M+ ARR.

Goal

Our goal was to create a modern, cutting edge brand, that would stand out amongst competitors in it's saturated industry. We were also tasked with delivering a conversion optimized landing page, accompanied with a highly engaging video sales letter (VSL).

Result

The WraithX team delivered an innovative landing page that drives conversion through best practises, but more uniquely though leveraging brand identity to create a powerful story telling experience for prospects. This was paired with a captivating RSR branded VSL, where we developed, designed and adapted user retention techniques typically accustomed to viral short form videos on platforms such as TikTok, increasing video engagement and minimising drop off rates.

Conversion-Centric

RSR was designed head-to-toe for conversion. Everything from the typography and copy, to the colour and graphics, all the way down to the layout and animations.

The brand design positions RSR as the authoritative figure on reputation management and enforces the narrative that prospects can expect a service unlike any they will have ever seen before within the industry.

The Human Touch

The VSL was designed to drive conversion, providing clarity on RSR's offering while showcasing RSR's brand and tone through engaging video editing. Additionally, we build a strong first impression, through a personal face-to-face approach, giving the prospect a "face" (and authority) representing the business.

RSR is a part of a larger family of services that are being developed under the umbrella of "Rock Solid" (RS), as such the brand logos have been intentionally designed to share uniformity.

Call To Attention

To further drive conversion, traction has been intentionally designed around call to actions.

We emulate the experience of using RSR through the sites user journey. Introducing the site with the Spline model where they smash bad reviews to appeal to their frustration, and close with them deleting reviews through a single click of RSR's delete key, embodying the simplicity, power and convenience of the service.

This has been successfully interacted with 4X more than all other conversion buttons across the site.
